Cheesy Beef Pasta

1. Heat a pot or deep skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil and cook the ground beef until no longer pink.

2. Push the meat to the edges of the pan to create a space in the middle. Add the remaining oil and garlic and cook until fragrant. Mix together.

3. Create another space in the center of the pan. Add the tomato paste and cook for another 3-5 minutes until darkened.

4. Add the garlic salt, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.

5. Add enough bone broth to cover all ingredients and bring to a boil.

6. Reduce heat to low, add the heavy cream, and let simmer.

7. In a separate pot, cook the Banza pasta just a minute under al dente. Rinse and drain.

8. Add the pasta back into the pan and bring back to a simmer.

9. Once simmering, add the spinach and cook for 1 minute.

10. Add more heavy cream if desired. Add the mozzarella cheese and cover. Cook for 1 more minute.

11. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
